UPDATED Textbook and Course Material Return Policy
Effective March 20, 2020

Due to recent developments regarding COVID-19 and classes at Texas Tech, the due date for ALL textbook rentals has been extended to May 31, 2020. Late fees will be waived through close of business May 31, 2020. Students have two options for returning their textbook rentals:

  1. Students can drop their textbook rentals off in person, once Varsity has re-opened for in store shopping. The projected date for re-open is currently April 4, 2020.
  2. Rental textbooks can be mailed back to Varsity Bookstore at the student's earliest convenience. 

All rental textbooks MUST ARRIVE by May 31, 2020.

Late fees and book replacement fees will be applied after this date.

Late fees and/or book replacement fees can not be reversed.   

If mailing rental returns, please also include:

Raider ID (R#)
